Away In A Manger: A Trilogy - Arr. Bryan Kidd. (Warner Bros.) ($30.00) (Grade 1) Away In A Manger starts in the key of G in 3/4 meter with the quarter note equal to 80 to 88 beats per minute. The violins are divided into two parts with an optional piano part provided. The key changes to D, but goes back to G. There are some eighth notes.
Carols Of Olde, Suite No. 1 - Arr. John O’Neill. (Warner Bros.) A Christmas Overture - Arr. Owen Goldsmith. (Belwin) ($35.00) (Grade 2) This title features "It Came Upon A Midnight Clear", "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen", and "Bring A Torch Jeannette, Isabella". It opens in the key of C in 6/8 meter. The meter changes to 2/4, but then goes back to 6/8. The key also changes to A at the last 6/8 meter change. An optional piano part is provided. The violins are divided into two parts.

The meter is 4/4 with the quarter note equal to 76 beats per minute. At measure 5, the tempo increases to 100 beats per minute. The key changes at measure 25 to G Major and returns to D minor at measure 44. A 3rd violin (T.C. Viola) is included. There also are optional percussion and an optional piano part included.
